We stayed in this hotel during our Christmas vacation and had a pretty good experience. The room was clean and modern, and we were able to get a great rate on the room. The location was key for us, as it was right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the shops and restaurants in the area. We also really enjoyed the breakfast - it had a good variety of pastries and fresh juice.

One downside to our stay was the noise. Even with the windows closed, we could hear the traffic outside, which made it hard to sleep at times.

Guests will also appreciate the daily breakfast, which offers fresh juice and good coffee.

Some guests have experienced poor customer service and maintenance issues, such as malfunctioning air conditioning and chipped flooring.

The customer service at this hotel was exceptional! the staff was always ready to assist and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. the rooms were modern and well, designed, offering great comfort for a good night's sleep. Plus, the breakfast included was amazing, providing us with a variety of delicious options to start our day. Best aspects: the location is perfect for business travelers, as it is close to major attractions and key transportation hubs. the high, speed Wi, Fi was a game, changer, allowing us to work efficiently from the comfort of our room. We also appreciated the complimentary parking, making it easy for us to get around the city.

The sound insulation was not great, as we could hear noises from adjacent rooms and the hallway. the bathroom was a bit small, with limited space for toiletries and towels, and we felt that there could have been better lighting in the room.

Fast fiberoptic WiFi, strong shower pressure, and very helpful staff. The tilt angle of the shower cubicle floor was not right, resulting in water not flowing away. However, overall, I'll recommend this hotel.
